Geforce 3 ti200?

Ok guys heres the deal, i ordered a hercules geforce 2 ultra froma web site and a week later they say that gullement sent them refurbished cards. so in a way of saying sorry to us they offered me a

PNY Verto Ti200 64MB DDR DVI TV Out - Retail Boxed $169

i wasnt too sure what or how good this is, but i came here and found out that it is better then the g2 ultra.

is this a best buy? thx for the input guys.
o yeah im lookin to spend around 200$ so if u have any other suggestions please let me know

what site? they deserve recognition for service like that.

it makes me sick though, the cheapest GF3Ti200 card here in the UK that I have found is the Creative, at £175. thats what, $250 at least. A Elsa GF3Ti200 is £210.... grrrr!
