Help! Hercules Game Theatre xp 6.1

Win XP is installed.

When I try to install the latest drivers, it states I need to uninstall the previous drivers.

Fair enough, but when I try to unistall the drivers the pc automatically reboots.

Why is this not working????????????????

I had the same problem with mine a while ago, try uninstalling them in Safe mode if Possible, mind you that was with an earlier version of the drivers, the last lot I installed went in without a hiccup. ( mind you, when i did have the problem I got jack of it and wiped my drive...fresh install)the other thing to watch for is DON'T use the driver update from the windows XP update site, for some reason the crystal fusion device in 6.1 hates it with a passion.
