I hate asking this question, because I'd like to think I can work this
out myself, but I can't seem to. There's a game I remembered a while
ago as I started playing all the great graphical adventure games. It
was a computer game for sure, and it was (possibly) the first "real"
game I ever played, so it holds at least some small meaning to me.
Honestly, I can only tell you what I can remember.. It may very well
have been too much of a learning game for anyone here to identify it,
in which case I'm sorry for wasting your time.
The game I remembered featured a player wandering a land of Fairy Tales
which collided almost randomly. The point of the game was to set the
stories back in order, and I specifically remember travelling through
the original "Beauty and the Beast" tale, complete with a Beast that
comically peaked over top of a tall hedge wall to take a look at the
player. After seeing the beast (by the game's commands, it wasn't easy
as he kept slipping away) I remember being able to rectify that tale,
but none of the others. Anyway, any other parts of the game are
fractured in my mind (I can honestly only remember a locked door), as I
only played it a few times at a local "computer club".
Once again, sorry to bother. Hope somoene can help jog my memory
though!
