On the front of my computer there is a little door. Inside that
little door there are phono jacks, 2 of which are for audio. Is there a
way
to copy a stream of audio, only, without copying the video? Is there a
program there that does this? Program-wise, all I see is video recording
stuff, nothing for audio only. I want audio only.

Look at the documentation that came with your sound card and/or machine.
