ASUS s400c battery issue

I bought a brand new Asus s400c and theres a battery issue say there isn't a battery plugged in when switch on using ac power, I have restarted, check the settings on laptop and plugged and unplugged the ac port the [problem still occurs. the actually battery is internal and can not be taken out.

please help me
