I just got a bunch of those business card sized cd's, and was wondering if any one had any experiences with the various small distro's out there (<180MB)?
Right now I am looking at Damn Small Linux and LNX-BBC and favor damn small, but what do you guys think?

It's just for show really, you know, going into a shop going "BAH! Windows?! Lemme boot this cd" kinda thing.
I may modify it later to include some security/forensics stuff, but I'll probably never get around to it (and there are plenty of alternatives for it on regular cd's).
However, I would appreciate a decent GUI.

Damn Small is cool for fsck's and whatnot. That's what my buddy used it for...but it has more than that. It's got almost everything most distro's include. It's based on knoppix which is Debian based (I think)....and Knoppix isn't too bad of a distro. Here's what apps it comes with. It installs in about 3 minutes and has some nice screenshots. All in all...I hear good things about it.

I'd like to try copying it as a virtual CD in a Linux Partition on my gateway and see if it would work...but that's just me....but it's a fine distro.
