Oh, great an SiS card. It's probably surpased by the 32MB MX400 in gaming, but that extra memory might come in handy for CAD if the card can do a decent job in Open GL.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

RAM isn't everything u know- it needs good GPU, cause in situations where one use 3D Studio Max or whatever, your GPU is even more important.
