Remote Desktop Connection stopped working???

I have 4 Windows XP Pro computers (computer a,b,c,& d) connected to a LAN.
Suddenly I can no longer do a remote connection to computer d from either
computer a,b,or c. Message is "remote connection may not be enabled or
computer is too busy".

Computer d can do a remote connection to computers a,b,or c as well as to
the Internet --- what is my problem please?

Yes, the remote connection is enabled on computer d.
