CPU Usage 100%

Hello,
I have a problem on my computer which sets the CPU Usage to 100% at all times, its the program services.exe which is causing the problems.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

OK, I went to Windows Update website and downloaded the Service Pack 1 and installed it. That fixed the problem straight away.

SP1 for 2000? You should use SP4 Unless it's SP1 for IE6.

SP 4 I'use SP 2 at most - no bugs, no slowdowns logging off, no problems ...
