My computer breaks down everytime I try to play any kind of game on it. An
errormessage usually shows up after restart saying it's because of some
device driver error. I checked my log to see what it said and it identified
the error as "category (102)", "event-ID 1003". I tried using the
supportcenter but it didn't come up with anything.
I've tried updating the drivers for my Radeon 9800 Pro and disabling a
number of programs running in the background to deal with this, but nothing
helps. I have a suspicion it could have something to do with non-sufficient
cooling of my computer but is that really a device driver problem.. I've
never had any issues with the cooling of my machine before this. Seems
strange it would decide to start sweating now. I also have an incorporated
Realtek soundcard. Could that have anything to do with it?
Kindly give me some pointers on what to do about this. It would be much
appreciated.
Thanks!
