i am going to buy 3d hercules prophet 4500 32mb (Kyro II chipset), is there any disadventage for this card?

i am not hard gamer nor graphic designer or video editor

I am thinking about picking one of these up also. I think it scales pretty well so it should work well when I get a faster pc than the one I have now (celeron @ 500mhz)

You know what'd be good- a mix of teh Kyro technology that makes it so effiecient, and GF3 technology. That would blow away anything.

ii willbe using for office and light load of autocad and photoshop and coreldraw.
not heavy gaming, but at least it supports the new games and gives good performance

Autocad?? Dude, get a geforce series, and then change to Quadro series w/ rivatuner, and install powerdraft for autocad.
