ATI Radeon 7500 or Geforce2 Titanium

Hi! I'm planning to buy a new graphics card but I'm in a tight budget right now. I can only afford the price for this range of cards. Any recommendation/comparison between the two based in performance and quality regardless of manufacturer will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Roughly the same performance but the Radeon 7500 has more feautres like complete DVD decoding (includes IDCT, inverse discrete cosine transform), Dual monitor support and DVI support.
