Geforce 2 MX400 Problems

Hi All experts
I got some problems and looking for solutions
MY System Configuration are Realtek MX400 64MB RAM Display card and Epox BX6 (BX Chipset)MB runing 800MHz (133MHz FSB),512MB RAM
AGP Port will overclock to 88MHz when the FSB is 133MHz.
Problem 1
How much do I know the exact Memory speed and Core speed during overclocking (powerstrip dont work)

Problem 2
The Start icon image on the taskbar mostly become blurred and distorted after runing W98 for a moment(even in 100MHz FSB)
A)Have tried exchange a new display card
B)The card able to complete 3D Mark 2001 at resolution 1024*786*32+Triple buffer .

My previous display card ELSA TNT2 M64 dont have such problem in both 100 and 133MHz FSB.

Are you using the registry tweak for enabeling the OC functions in the Nvidia drivers, or do you use a different prog?

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .
