Best laptop for Gaming Under $1300

okay,i am looking for laptop for college,also going to be doing some side gaming[diablo 3,guild wars,league of legends].My price range is around $1300.i was looking at alienware but they are too expensive.not sure what to get,most likely going to be getting it off amazon,or best buy [not sure on any good computer websites]. any suggestions sorry my English is really bad.

    edit: notice the 7970m graphics card - this is a very fast card for a laptop and nothing even close to this price will match it. It does have an AMD processor but this will not hold it back significantly compared to the weakness of most dedicated laptop graphics card in this price range. Just google some 7970m benchmarks.
  3. For under 1300 bucks you could take a look at the Sager NP9150 for a 15.6" or the Sager NP9170 for the 17.3" model. Both pretty beefy mobile gaming rigs.

    No problem, subcutaneous also has a pretty good option that they linked too, definitely worth a look.

    I am sorry I know this going to sound noob like but what is the difference between a notebook and a laptop?

    Different marketing departments. Technically I think notebooks were smaller versions but the terms have become kind of ambiguous.

    This will be good for some games but generally the a10 + 7970m performs marginally better than i7 +660m.

    OP is playing GW2. This thing will crash and burn.
