Windows system error IP address conflict with another syst..

That's the Error Message the shows up on my LAN PCs occasionally.

I have (2) desktops setup behind a Lynksys router.

I have both PCs to obtain the IP addresses Automatically.

When I go to www.whatsmyipaddress.com both PCs show the same IP address

What steps do I need to take to keep these desktops from fighting over the
SAME IP address ??

Also, when both PCs are being used to access the Internet at the same time,
they both bog down considerably. I would like to get a Fix for this.
