We have just completed a migration from an NT server to Server 2003. Users
running XP machines experience a 2-3 minute logon. users running 2000 Pro
machines do not experience any difficulties.

Ensure that you have good DNS name resolution in your environment.
All Windows XP clients should point to an internal DNS server that is
authoritative for the domain.

If that is OK, then you might want to enable UserEnv logging
and take a network trace to see where the delay is:

Thanks for your help.

The migration did not move the local XP workstations to the local server
DNS. The Windows 2000 Pro computers are still using DHCP. We will review
the reports you sent and reconfigure the workstations and DNS as needed.
