UPS With Hotswap Batteries 2200W or Less

We use the APC Symmetra UPS in our server room and lab, and I
like it a lot. It has hotswap battery modules that you can just
plug and play. You don't disconnect wires and you don't issue
any commands to put the system in some special mode. The system
autodetects both removal and insertion. Does anyone make a
similar UPS on a much smaller scale, for use in individual user's
rooms? I need hotswap batteries that have no wires to detach
and could be changed out by a monkey. I don't want batteries
that require all kinds of interactions with a console or flipping
switches, etc.

APC Smart-UPS series claims to be hostwappable, but it's pure
marketing. You end up having to do a lot of work to change out
a battery. I know Symmetra has a smaller rackmount version, but
that takes 208V input and we need 125V for our application.
The UPS should be 1400W to 2200W in terms of power output.

The system gets a definite plus if it uses standard 12V brick
batteries inside its hotswap modules.

Any candidates for this product?
