Anyone know how to make a Palit GeFORCE3Ti200 work on a KG7-RAID with W2K? Got a single 80Gb HDD, 512Mb DDRAM. What happens is that everytime Windows2000 is up, the system hangs after a minute or when I start a program. Been searching on the net for solutions but nada... So if you
have any tips on BIOS, settings or more, please let me know.

Thanks!

Do you have all the latest drivers, and the latest BIOS version?

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground   .

Yep, I upgraded the BIOS to version 5W, made sure to unplug and clear the CMOS correctly. Had a go but no show - W2K still hangs. After that I installed the latest AGP miniport driver but it still hangs. So, maybe it's simply not compatible. Any other tips?

I have the same board, just picked it up yesterday. I had to upgrade the BIOS to 10/22/2001 (5W). Then I proceed to update the AMD 761 drivers to v4.80, then I proceed to update the VIA 4 into 1 drivers to v4.36, then I proceed to update the HPT370A RAID controller software to v1.11.0512.

The system seems pretty solid now, but before this some games would crash, others wouldn't. Now they all work. However, for some reason Ghost Recon has taken a 40% frame rate hit. Just Ghost Recon for some reason?? No idea why?

If you're using the RAID controller, you may need to do special install procedures under Win2K. I'm running a Drive swap system where I have WinME on one drive then swap it out with a drive containing WinXP. I haven't tried to boot to WinXP since the Motherboard change.
