Advice on Graphics Card

hi there,
i'm planning on building a new computer, and i'm having problems deciding on a graphics card. I want to get all the options in the ATI AIW (TV in/out, tuner...) but i also want 64 megs(because thats what seems is in now). I play games occasionally. I had the ATI AIW Radeon in mind, but i'm thinking of getting the ATI TV Wonder and get a Geforce 2 64 megs MX-400 with TV out. Should i stick to the ATI AIW Radeon instead?
