Well to start off i'll give you my computer specs first :

P2 400mhz processor
128 SDRAM
Geforce 2Ti Titanium

Whats inside =

1 Using a Detonator Software
2 Using a Geforce Tweak Utility and Tweaked my Geforce to the fastest performance

FPS for CounterStrike (a popular game)
50-60 when not shooting
30-40 when shooting
highest fps = 99 when free looking

Problem =
my fps is too low!!!!

What i would appreciate =
please tell me what to do. even a geforce 2 gts is better than this piece of metal. even when i overclocked it to 450mhz memory clock the fps had no change. my fan is slow and that will be changed soon enough. is it the processor or just the card?

I think the processor in combination with less RAM and slower FSB, and I don't know if your mobo supports AGP 4x, I think it only will go to AGP 2x.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground  .

The GeForce 2 and Ti are VERY similar in performance.

I've gotta break it down to ya buddy...
That processor and the associated motherboard/memory are your bottleneck. Both of those GeForce 2's are going to almost idle waiting on data.
No amount of tweaking or overclocking is going to really help here...the good news is that you most likely have an ATX case so putting a new mobo/processor/memory in shouldn't be too much trouble. Might need an extra fan. You should be able to get yourself over a Ghz for under $250.

Good luck.
