After reading through the "Win, Lose or Ti - 21 GeForce Titanium Boards" article, I'm still left wondering, "Which one do I get?"

I wouldn't consider myself an extreme gamer of any sorts. However, the TNT 2 Ultra needs an upgrade and I've decided on the GF3 TI 200 as a nice replacement that will last a another 2 years or hopefully more.

My requirements are simple, TV-Out (S-video to composite) and reasonable overclockability.

Please bear with me folks, I'm no video card guru and don't know a texel from a hole in the wall. The old TNT has served me well, but this new 21" monitor is yearning for higher resolutions and cranking those game settings up.

Current processor is a 1ghz Duron, soon to be an XP 1800.

I would sincerely appreciate any input from you guys.

i think GeForce3 Ti 200 fit all your needs

good perf in 3D, overclock capabilities & tvout
but 2 years is rather long for informatics components

I would go for these brands (in this order):
1) Gainward (very fast, high overclockability)
2) Visiontek (another fast one, very solid card)
3) Leadtek or Asus (solid performers)
If youre looking for high o/c'ing go for the gainward hands down. If features is what you crave, go for the Asus Deluxe version. All of these cards have S-video out. Hope this helps.

eh, i'll procrastinate later...

Still, 4ns memory will allow you to run your memory at 500MHz, similarly to a GeForce3 Ti500.

Just about how much can you go overclock a Ti200 without more cooling than what it has?
I want this info for my new Asus Ti200 soon. In addition to its Turbo feature that boosts it, I want to try OCing without any probs...

for the newegg link, check out the customer responses to the products, most of them list their overclocking speeds. i was very impressed by the gainwards overclocking ability, most of the ti 200 cards went above the ti 500 specs.

I would have to agree with The Antipop, personally I own a Gainward so I'm a little partial, but either Visiontek or Leadtek would be my next choices.
