Right-clicking shortcuts VERY SLOW

If I right-click any shortcut (deskop or elsewhere) to delete or look at
properties, it is extremely slow.... any idea why? Recently rebuilt pc from
scratch, all updates to date.

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

Right-click is extremely slow only when Network is enabled

Linda, did you update all the Device Drivers after the rebuild?
