GF3ti200 TV-Out Problem

I have the Visiontek Xtasy GF3 Ti200 card... It has a TV out through the SVideo... I'm running XP Pro and the video properties in advanced offer *EITHER* TV or Monitor display... My old Radeon VE 32meg card had TV out and could do both simultaneously... is there another driver I need to use or how might i "tweak" this to work... Would it just be good enough for me to get a second cheap PCI card to throw in for TV out stuff only?

This is a limitation of all Nvidia cards ATM, I posted my disatisfaction about this "feature" many times.

There is not a driver that I know of that can display TV and monitor at the same time.
