elsa gladiac gts 2 prob

i got a problem with a elsa gladiac gts 2 ( i'm not shure that the card is the prob. )
so.
i got an soyo dragon plus mainboard with apacer cl 2 ddr ram (512)and a elsa gladiac gts 2.
power supply 400 w.
os: win Me
i have installed the via 4in1 (4.37) drivers and directx 8.1
with the nvidia drivers 21.81 all things work perfect.
with the new drivers 23.11 the dxdiag crashes and 3dmark 2001 crashes too.
so - any ideas ??

It's known that the 23.11 drivers are a little buggy, stay with the old drivers untill they release a newer version.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .
