help with partitions and bootable cd

i just try to reboot my computer and i might have done something wrong
but it opened a partition and the hard drive space went from 4gb to
like 4 gb and im trying to find a way to create a bootable cd or
something which can help to fix this... thanks

First, your XP CD is a bootable CD, from which you can, if needed, get into Recovery Console.

Your "situation" is not quite clear. What about the drive space?
How do you mean "it opened a partition" ?
