I have a plan to buy an SSD and make it as a primary boot drive for windows 7.
How big is the entire windows 7 with estimation of future updates up to 2020?
So I know how much SSD storage space do I need.

the Install scales itself to the available space. and you can vLite it to remove even more unwanted stuff.

usually though, a 32gb drive would be recommended so you have plenty of space for a full windows install and your primary apps.

I may be wrong here, but im pretty sure you can still install it to a sub 6gb drive. as with other versions it should scale the install to fit the drive.

not saying thats a great idea mind you. i'd go for a 32gb drive at least. a 64gb if you want plenty of App space.
