Hi everyone

Hope someone can help me here. I turned my com off then back on and got the
error message windows cannot load NTOSKRNL.EXE is missing please reinstall.
Easy for them to say I cannot get the safe mode to come up and have no idea
how to use the recovery console. Cant access the file on the cd when on that
comp either. PLEASE please please can someone help in simple english for me
please. THANKYOU
