Radeon 8500 memory problem

I have a problem with my 8500 ddr every time I play a game like Everquest or do somting that takes a lot of memory I get a blue screen I should tell you know I am useing windows 2000 pro it says somting like memory dump and then gives my driver of my 8500 if this keeps up my bios will be gone in no time anyone have any sugestions it may have somting to do with my systems ram because I have 128 rd (i couldnt aford much more than thant) and my system has been going realy slow for having a p4 1.5 is there a new driver and if anyone can tell me why my comp is runing so slow it would be great I think my 600mhz with 264megs of ram went faster is it my ram?

128 of RAM running on win 2k is pretty slow. Doubling the RAM could help with the speed issue. 128 of RAM is great for running win 98 or even NT, but is slow for 2000.

As for the driver issue, upgrade your drivers from ATI's web site. They've released 3 new drivers since the Radeon 8500 first started selling.
