I purchased a Gainward GF3 card with the Philips video-in/video-out chip. The port on the back is supposed to have a cable that splits into a RCA in / RCA out / S-Video in / S-Video out. The cable I recieved with the card has one RCA jack on it. Does anyone have any clue where I could get the cable with the 4 jacks on it? I've tried writing to Gainward over 5 times but have not recieved one response in over 2 months. Someone please help.

I don't have a clue I'm afraid... but your best bet does sound like contacting Gainward directly :/  probably in writing.
Hmmm it definately a VIVO ? If so you have been very unlucky with the mis-packaging
I have the exact cable you refer to and I have never seen one for sale anywhere...

Well that just sucks. I tried again emailing Gainward (try number six) but this time I found a new email address. Maybe if I email the entire company, somebody can tell me where to get one.

You might try their web site for the US distributorships. I'm sure anyone at Gainward - Taiwan could give a rats patootie about your problem but a US company might.

After a month of trying to contact Gainward USA tech support, I was about to give up but then for the heck of it I tried Europe Tech support. I got a response in less than a day, and after figuring out exactly what card I had, they will be shipping the cable I need at no charge. So if anyone from Gainward ever reads this, give the Europe people some raises and can the ones in the US.
