I m new here, but I got a question to ask if someone know how!!

How to modify Asus AGP-V8200 Geforce3 Deluxe into Quadro DCC?

Few months ago, my friend show me an url how to change Geforece3 to DCC by changing jumper setting. Few weeks later, I bought an Asus 8200D GF3 and I followed the instruction from that url (which they used elsa gf3 card not asus). Guess what, I couldn't find those jumper because they were different from neither images nor instrcutions I saw. I was very happy cuz I got all equipments prepared and only wait for this day come and suddenly there was one min silence in my world. However, I appreciate your help if one of you would kindly advice or suggestion me. Otherwise, I will not change and keep using it till GF4 out or change another video card later on.

I do not know specifically how, but I have read that some people have done this with their card on this forum so I will bump you at the top to get more readers.

On sugestion is to flash the chip with a CMOS from a DCC, or to install the drivers. Not sure if this will work though.

If it works for you then don't fix it.

it has an option to change your registry.

Use rivatuner, as was stated, hardware mod is dumb. U'll get better performance w/ rivatuner. I actually have the real thing, so there is no need for any mod:)

All those guys did in that forumwas change teh PCI ID. It's still a GF3. There is a mod u can do that makes it REAL.
