My Taskbar has vanished

CTRL + ALT + DEL > file > new > "explorer.exe" (without the quotes) > enter
button... Does that bring it up? If not run:
"%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe" (again without the quotes) and
restore to a time before this happened.
