I receive the following error upon crashing. I am using Picture Premium 10
when I try to use the color auto fix option my pc freezes then blue screens-
the blue screen is not legible.
Please Help. TIA!!

yes. sp2 is installed. actually I just reinstalled xp with sp2 because of
all the problems I was having -and I still have the same issue.
