I don't think so. That's an expensive war they are fighting over
there in Iraq, I bet that in the next four years there's a tax
increase to pay for it.

We should bill the Iraqis for our services and have them pay for it with oil.

Yeah like Kerry would give us a tax break.
(To sorta stay on topic) He'd tax cell phones and everything else more
than they do now....he SAID he'd raise taxes!

When the government lowers taxes, it does one of two other things:

1) It lowers the level of service it provides
or
2) It inflates the money supply.

If the latter, and you get paid a fixed amount, not a percentage of
something, your effective income goes down. Yes, your taxes go down,
but your income goes down, effectively, by a greater amount. Net
result - you have less spending power than you did before the tax cut.

It's simple economics 101.

(The current administration would NEVER resort to choice #1.)

Don't celebrate too soon. John Ashcroft's replacement, Alberto Gonzales,
is an even tougher hombre who will figure out a legal way to put all you
loser liberals in prison. ;-)

Well now, that's a Usenet first. I always see "loose" used when
"lose" it meant, but until now, I've never seen "lose " used where
"loose" was meant.
I guess it was a matter of time.
See, all you people who say spelling isn't important ? See that ?
Well now, it's caused the transposition of 2 entirely different words
!
This is the beginnng of the end, the breakdown of communication as we
know it. !!! The sky is falling.
We may as well just stick our heads in the nose, our gose is coked.
Oh no, it's contagious too !

oh lighten up .. I know what you're thinking.
I'm just kidding around .
Seriously, the only thing more annoying than spelling nazis are the
anti-spelling nazis, and then the people who cite Godwin's law ;-)

Now that the case is over, whatever will Greta Van Sustren (or
whatever her name is) do ? That's all she ever blabbed about on her
show. It was the freakin' Scott Peterson show.
