Help!
New computer and I'm getting an error message when the two users other than
owner administrator log on.
Reads application did not initialize. oxc0000022 hphmon06.exe.
I'm pretty new to this and am concerned that I can't seem to locate a fix or
find what program is not initializing.
XP home OS.

Any ideas?

profile.

Do I have to uninstall and reinstall printer software?

Yes but during install if it gives you the option for all users select that
one.
