XP Pro SP@ Boot disk error

I have downloaded these 3 times. When I reboot on Disk 1, I get this
message:
File \biosinf.inf could not be loaded. The error code is 4096
How can I fix this?.

If you have the official XP install CD then this is your boot disk.
