Ok i recently Purchased a Compaq tower for a replacement to my "Family" computer... basically its a spare computer for me and for when my sis and 'rents want to go online.

here are the specs

Compaq 5410
1.3ghz celeron
256mb sdram
40gb hd
dvd
12x cdr
w/[-peep-] integrated vid card

$649

ok now seeing as i might be useing it as a spare to my much more powerful normal rig i decided i need to do something about that integrated card... so i went and ordered a Inno3d "Tornado" GF2 Ti online.......

Ok now heres my question.... as i havent really worked with celerons before , i shouldnt have a problem running this card in a celeron based rig right? ... as i didnt see the celeron listed on the minimum system requirements on inno3d's website.... and another question being is whether or not ill have enuf power from my power supply to power this new card (its a agp card..... yes a compaq that has a free agp slot :p  )

any help will be much appreciated

As for the Celeron question, I doubt that you will have any problems with the processor, and as for the power supply issue as long as it's 250 watt's or better (I would reccomend a 300) it's shouldn't be a problem either.

Hmmm well i dont think thats nthe one.... seems like those are for the older 5000 series that was out a few years back, as i dont recognize the other models listed there as current (i sell thse for a living)... so im guessing its more then 110w.... how much more i dunno
