good g3 vs. bad g4... ?

Do any of you guys know if the ti500's will be better than the cheap versions of g4?

Depends if the G4 has DX9 support but other than that the Ti500 would walk all over the cheap G4.

How about the Ti200 ? Would it be slower than the new GeForce4 MX ? And what would the price of the new GeForce4 cards be compared with the current GeFroce 3 cards

For current games, a good Ti500 will easily be better than the gf4mx cards. But with the twin vertex shader, they will most probably perform better than the GF3Ti500 for games that use vertex shaders a lot. But then again, games that heavily use vertex shaders won't be out for a while. Look how long it took them to start using T&L, still not 100%.

It won't be a dx9 card, just dx8.1.
