How can I eliminate flickering mouse point???

I have seen someone post this topic before regarding to ATI Radeon 8500, but couldn't find it. Can someone please shed some lights. Thanks

Well when I play some games, the aim cross, mouse pointer, keeps flashing with a small piece of screen, very annoying.

Check drivers and refresh rates.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .
