help and support

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

when i try to access help and support i recieve the error message, windows
cannot find"helpctr.exe". i have tried to locate it myself but the only file
of that name is in sp2 files. any ideas on how to fix the problem ?.

done that Bert , no error message now, just no response from help and
support,rich
