Installed new GeForce3 TI200. PC runs PIII 1000MHZ, WIN2K.
My frame rate using Quake 3, 32bit color, 1024*768 has
not improved. It is at 90FPS. The trials on this website
state that I should get about 150FPS.

The game settings recognize the card. No hardware conflicts, lockups etc.

Any thoughts? Thanks

Yes, I downloaded the latest and greatest from NVIDIA's
website.

Do you have AA turned on?

Try this:
Press ~
Then type in:
/com_maxfps 0

Also, you're not going to be getting 150fps with a P3-1GHz with sound on. On a 1.33GHz Athlon, at 1024*768*32-bit max everything, including sound, I barely get over 140fps. As soon as I disable sound, I get around 175fps.
