I have a 3 1/5 year Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop with a 30 mb Travelstar hard
drive. It died on me so i purchased the exact same one online. I used my
original OEM disk from Dell to reinstall windows. My system is a Pentium 3,
with 256 mb of ram and mobile CPU 1133 mhz. After I installed XP Pro and I
booted up the system the computer freezes up on me in about 1 - 2 minutes.
I have not installed any other software and I installed it with the NTFS
file system. I am not sure what i did wrong. The installation went
smoothly.

Please help.
