Hi, maybe this is a stupid question, but hey I have never done this before....

Where do I edit my video BIOS? Its not in the BIOS at start up right?

The video BIOS is the one that display first, before the motherboard BIOS loads.
Some videocard makers offer newer BIOS versions, but I don't know ho to tweak the BIOS. Why do you want to do that riskfull operation?

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground :eek:  .

In order to tweek video BIOS, you have to have a coppy of the BIOS file, and use a editing program. I permanently fixed my Radeon LE to 183MHz that way.
