GF3 TI 200 Driver issues

MY System: 750 Mhz Athlon, 40 Gb HDD, 512 MB Ram, SB Live 5.1, Visiontek GF3 TI200, Direct x 8.1, Win ME
I can't get the 23.11 drivers to work with most games (Ghost Recon, Red Faction, Project IGI). The games starts then the screen becomes black. I can hear the menu sounds in the background. No probs running 21.83's or 21.85's. What's the prob with these drivers? Are they garbage or what?
PS I have a Vis Kt133 chipset (latest 4 in 1 drivers installed).

Some people report problems with the 23.11 drivers (they are still beta), and those problems where solved with older drivers, so I say you better stick with the older ones till they release a new version.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .
