About every 15 to 20 seconds my computer will lag up for about 10 seconds... I mainly notice it when watching a video online or playing World of Warcraft. I have updated all of the drivers... have no dumb background software running, and it still happens. It doesnt matter what internet browser I use, from Explorer to Firefox to Safari... it still happens. HELP!?

So you had a bad hard drive, sent it off for RMA, got one back. Do you know if it was the same one you got back? did you check the serial numbers?

The "lagging" is mostly a trait caused by a failing hardrive or not enough power being supplied. Not enough power being supplied to the hard drive can cause this "lagging".

You say it lags every 15-20 seconds. What happens? How is it laggy?
- do you see the hard drive light go crazy every 15-20 secs
- does it slow down and then speed up and then slow down again?

No they put a brand new hard drive in. Basically, it isnt really an issue when I am not watching a video (online only) or gaming. I probably just cant notice it when I am doing one or the other. But when it happens I could describe it almost as a skipping dvd... visually. Audio isnt affected at all. The HDD light does flash a little when it happens but it doesnt go haywire. And yes it will run fine for 15-20ish seconds, then lag for about 10, then back to normal, then back to lag... Constantly. (and by the way, I did update the video card drivers but the issue still occurs)

Your problem seems to be the speed of your internet connection is too slow.
