you can find the geforce3 ti200 for around $160 now...
but you can also find the oem ati R8500 (aka R8500 LE) for about $170.
personally...id get the R8500 LE because its hardware is superior to the geforce3 ti200.

The reason I ask is that I got an Radeon 8500, but I was getting ready to return it because it didn't come with any software. I wasn't sure if that was the best choice neither.
Do you think I should keep it, and just download the drivers from their web page?

Thanks again.

id say keep it...
with your system and that video card (along with the 6025 beta drivers), you should be getting high 7000's on 3dmark2k1.
just d/l the drivers and enjoy your R8500
