Hey,

I am currently debating between buying either an Geforce 3 ti-200 64 megs, an Asus 7700 ti deluxe 64 megs and an ATI Radeon 7500 64 megs. What would you recommend since all 3 seem to be in the same price range.

Thanks

An ATI Radeon 8500 LE is only $20 more then a Geforce3 TI-200(which are about $155), you can flash SOME LE's BIOS to the retail version, so you'd have a Retail Radeon 8500 for only $175(not including shipping of course). Talk to someone with more knowledge in this area before you flash the BIOS. I do not know where you can get the retail BIOS, or HOW you flash to the retail BIOS, but I know it can be done, just talk to somebody who has flashed the BIOS, or knows how to. If you don't go with the 8500LE get the Geforce 3 TI-200, Gainward and PNY are good brands, and both have a good chance of overclocking to TI500 speeds.

Actually, the retail Radeon 8500 comes with 3.6ns RAM and some OEM Radeon 8500s come with 4ns RAM.
