are there gonna be any price drop of TI200??

due to GF4 coming out, is there gonna be any price drop for GF ti200??

is it worth to wait for another few weeks???

and is it worth to upgrade from 64mb to 128 mb for about 30 bucks more....???

hehe i'm finally getting my comp....

I hope so. As for the 128mb, from what I've heard there's no real benefit what so ever as games don't even need that much. But, someone in the know should really comment before you make a decision.

Prices started dropping as of today. You will see GF3 ti500 drop below $200 more like $175ish

Ti200 should be around $100 bucks, giving the R8500 some serious competition for sales.

Also starting to see GF2 GTS below 50 bucks!!

That's why ATI is releasing a 128MB Radeon 8500 with supposed significantly faster performance.

In UK the Creative Geforce 3 Ti200 is down to £133 + delivery so yup.. the prices are dropping fast. (and that price includes our 17.5% Tax too)
I understand that having 128mb rather than 64mb will reduce using AGP memory which is considerably slower than Vid memory. I've no idea if that would make any difference right now but I would think games like Unreal 2 would make use of it as it uses more than double the amount of textures on screen than with UT.
