Pedal Free PC Steering Wheels

Hello All, I have a quick question, do anyone know who, if anyone,
makes a "force feedback" steering wheel, that doesn't have floor
pedals, but instead have the pedals on the wheel,(for a PC) or if the
padles on the back of a certain wheels could be programed,(changed) to
act as the gas, and brake pedals? I ask because, I'm a paraplegic, and
obviously I cant use the floor pedals! Please let me know!
