ATI 7500 vs GeForce TI 200

Which one is better: ATI RADEON 7500, Nvidia GeForce 3 Ti 200 or Nvidea GeForce2 Ti? I'm not into gamming but I'll be using my PC for DVD and video editing and 2d graphics, so I guess I won't need the best 3d graphics. Also, I don't want to spend much of my money over graphics cards, but I do need a good 3d card. Or should I go for some other, like Matrox?

Radeon 8500DV if you can spring the cash, but out of those three I'd say the 7500.

The R7500 will give you the best DVD playback and 2D graphics in that bunch. The GF3Ti200 will, however, give you significantly better 3D.
