The 6025 beta drivers off of Ati's site.

They're supposedly going to release another new set on Feb. 14....so keep an eye out for those. It's rumored to have many fixes + speed increases.

Hehe, Valentine's Day! I just hope they love us enough to give us killer performance drivers this time.

I tried the 6025 driver but 3DMark2001 failed to run.
A warning message popped open telling me to use an older version of 3DMark because DirectX 8 was not installed.

I don't know why I would get such a message when I have DirectX 8.1 installed.

I reinstalled the 3276 driver and 3DMark2001 runs fine.

just go to the ati website. Then tech support, then find a driver and select the 8500 and the page will show the recemonded driver.

I installed the 6032 Beta Driver and 3DMark2001 runs fine with that driver. The Beta driver increased my score by 450 points compared to the certified 3276 driver.
